Do you want a wedding dress from David's Bridal - or do you care who the designer is? The dress that Hilary Duff wore in the movie was made by Monique Lhuillier... she is a very pricey designer.

the skirt you like is made out of tulle. So you can go to a dress shop and ask for a strapless ballgown dress with a tulle skirt.
