Okay, so i love the wedding dresses that are tight like corsets at the top and then flare out. has anyone ever saw A Cinderella Story with Hillary Duff? I'll show you a picture.

the skirt you like is made out of tulle. So you can go to a dress shop and ask for a strapless ballgown dress with a tulle skirt.
